Shipping & Returns
All Return Requests must be submitted within 10 days of product receipt. All Returns Require a Valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA will not be processed.
Please call customer service or request an RMA via email. The RMA number must accompany all return shipments; any shipment received without an accompanying RMA number will not be processed.
UsedServers.com at its discretion will either a) Replace the defective item b) Refund the purchase price less any shipping cost
Items found to be non-defective are subject to a $20 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Return shipping costs are customer responsibility.
